School Development Plan
The School Development Plan is created by Senior Leaders who have analysed previous performance and monitored areas of the curriculum. Together with staff, pupils and governors, areas for development have been identified. We strive to provide the best education possible for the children of Freeland and the SDP allows us to carefully plan areas for development.
In 2022-2023 there are three main priority areas:
-
To induct new staff effectively in order to maintain high standards of teaching and learning across all phases of the school so that expectations are consistent.
-
For more children to reach age related expectations and greater depth in writing across the school.
-
To evaluate the Christian distinctiveness of the school using the SIAMS framework.
